• Intuitive Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (deep tissue & relaxation/rejuvenation)
  I use variety of techniques and varying pressure to stretch, soften, relax and balance tight muscles and tissues. My intuition often picks up on what is causing a particular pain or condition so that I can guide you towards improved overall health.
   
• Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage
  Gentle but firm manipulation on specific areas of the body to help move lymph to areas with working lymph vessels. My hands work at the skin level, just below the lymphatic system, to prime the pump and move the fluid. Benefits may include: reduces fluid retention, removes toxins, boosts the immune system, improves blood circulation, expedites the healing process, relaxes the nervous system and leaves you feeling energized. MLD can help relieve swelling caused by fluid buildup, such as from illness, medical treatment, surgery, or injury. It can also help with lymphedema, sinus congestion, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, lipedema, and chronic venous insufficiency.
   
• Energy Healing (Reiki, Chakra clearing and balancing, intuitive readings)
  Energy healing goes to the source of pain and stress, "the issues in the tissues".
  Thoughts, beliefs and emotions can promote or block energy flow in the body. My intuitive abilities allow me to see and feel blockages and their source so I can facilitate release and restore energy flow to help the body heal. Energy healing can be done fully clothed in an energy healing only session or incorporated into a massage session. Click on the blue links for more detail.
   
• Reflexology (Targeted work on Hands, Feet and Ears to promote relaxation and healing)
  I can incorporate Reflexology into a massage session or energy session upon request.

Set-up requirements:

• 1-4 people, split the time as you like with one hour minimum per person.
   
• Please have an open space of at least 6 x 9 feet in an area where you
  will feel warm and comfortable with minimal light.  
   
• I will not be able to carry the massage table up/down an indoor stairway.
   
• $20 discount if you have your own table and linens set up or book your next appointment at check out
